Simone and Marco are our masters specialized in screen printing, while Rossana deals with the decoration with decals.
Marco, with his thirty years of experience knows every secret of this technique. It is one of the talents that make our company unique, a team in which everyone brings a passion and a skill that translate into extraordinary results for our customers.
Together with him, for over two decades, Simone is immersed in a world of colors, Pantone bribes and shades more or less unlikely.
Their goal? Create customizations on glass and porcelain, two surfaces that constantly challenge his mastery.
Printing on glass and porcelain is an art in which creativity clashes with the purity of brilliant and very white surfaces, or with the transparency of glass.
Working with the most manual work of our decoration workshop is Rossana : the decal decoration is a technique that combines craftsmanship and aesthetic eye. The decal, indirect printing technique is one of the most versatile and delicate decoration possibilities. A print on paper that wet with water becomes applicable on any media. The manual application of these special “labels” allows you to decorate surfaces on which the machine does not arrive, with amazing results. We have always used this technique for the decoration of porcelain, which is then cooked over a third heat or under the glass. Over thirty years of experience make Rossana a “master” in this process, which right now transfers his experience to new “students” being close to the finish line of retirement.
With our technical team, we follow the entire production cycle from the design of graphics to the realization of screen printing systems to the mixing of colors. Every step of the pre-press and printing process is managed internally, ensuring maximum attention to detail and quality.
This job is a continuous challenge, but also incredibly rewarding. There are hundreds of small secrets to learn and the spirit of invention together with the ability to look beyond the obstacle is fundamental. In our in-house laboratory, state-of-the-art technology blends with the artisan tradition of Renaissance workshops. It is a unique combination that allows us to offer extraordinary results.
