Martignana, Montespertoli (FI) 50025, Italy. You can also use e-mail at <a href=\"mailto:ainfo@faravetrerie.it\">info@faravetrerie.it<\/a>.    <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The message should contain references to the order, the damaged or defective product, and details of the defect found.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remember to send us the notice within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Our Customer Service will contact you to arrange the replacement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Important information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The product to be replaced must be returned in the carefully sealed original packaging.
