1 - Can you assist me in choosing products?
Certainly, our sales team has the necessary experience to understand your needs, show you the most suitable alternatives, and recommend the product that best fits the style of your business, always considering your budget.
2 - Do the products on the site represent the entire range of available items?
What you see on our site is only a part of what we can offer you. Our product range is much broader. If you are considering a product designed and customized just for your business, contact us, and we will welcome you to our showroom where you can see all the collections.
3 - Is it possible to receive a visit from one of your sales representatives?
Certainly, we have a sales network that covers all of Italy. You just need to write to info@faravetrerie.it to schedule an appointment at your location with our representative closest to you.
4 - Is it necessary to schedule an appointment to visit your showroom?
Our showroom is open at the following times: 8:30-12:30 | 14:00-18:00. It is possible to visit without an appointment. However, if you need specific days and/or times, we recommend contacting our sales office for a personalized appointment by writing to info@faravetrerie.it.
5 - Is it possible to customize any product?
Generally yes, our decorative techniques adapt to most products. Contact our graphic office and tell us about your project: we will be able to suggest the best solutions for customizing glasses, goblets, plates, or any other tool for your service.
6 - What are the minimum quantities for customization?
Thanks to the new machinery and technologies we have incorporated into our laboratory’s production process, we can customize small batches up to tens of thousands of pieces.
7 - Is it possible to create a new glass product based on my design?
Every new project for us is a creative opportunity that deserves all our attention. Evaluating whether it is feasible or not is the first thing we do when we receive a request. For this reason, we recommend contacting our offices to submit your project and understand together how to realize it.
8 - Is it possible to receive a rendering of how my customized product might look?
We know how important it is to see how a customized product will look before going to print and having the opportunity to make small changes to achieve the desired result. All our clients receive a color rendering to review before the final step.
9 - I don't have a logo or brand, can you help me create it?
Our graphic office can guide you in designing your logo from scratch and create it for you.
10 - In what format should I send the file for customization?
Our graphic office can work with images in the main formats. However, we prefer to receive the material in an editable vector PDF format.
11 - Can I customize the products with any color?
The choice of color depends on the printing technique we use, and our graphic office will guide you in making the best choice to customize your product.
12 - Is it possible to create multi-color customizations?
Yes, our sales team is available to evaluate your graphics and define the conditions for realization, compatible with the chosen product and the required quantities.
13 - Is the print dishwasher safe?
We use colors resistant to dishwasher washing on all our standard and customized products. Even when your item does not require frequent use or washing, we suggest the most resistant print.
14 - Can I create a design that covers the entire circumference of the bottle or glass?
The position of the print follows the style of your venue and the design idea you want to develop. Our graphic office will help you understand if this solution is feasible and will advise you on possible alternatives.
15 - I'm not sure about the result, can I evaluate a prototype before going to print?
Thanks to the technologies we have introduced into our production process, we can print even a single item that can serve as a prototype to evaluate the printing of more pieces. The production costs are your responsibility.
16 - What are the delivery times for a customized product?
Our processes require care and attention, just like the care you put into your work every day. In recent years, we have reduced our delivery times. We ship in about 15 working days, depending on the type of decoration, to be confirmed at the time of order. We can deliver the goods with our means or through the main national and international couriers, even for express deliveries within 24 hours.
17 - Is the customized product suitable for contact with food?
We use materials and colors suitable for contact with food. If not, you will find a clear indication in the product sheet. In case of doubt, contact our sales office.
18 - How are the products packaged?
We carefully pack our products to ensure they arrive undamaged. We use sturdy industrial cardboard boxes containing 6 pieces or multiples of 6. Bottles travel in packages of 12 or 24 pieces.
19 - I have already purchased the bottles and only need to purchase the caps, is that possible?
Certainly, bottle caps can be purchased separately.
20 - Is the CE mark mandatory on beer, wine, and spirits glasses?
Yes, Legislative Decree 84/2016, which implemented EU Directive 2104/32 (MID), establishes that the CE weight mark is mandatory on all containers for serving beverages by the glass. In our shop you will find a section listing all products available with certified CE weight marks.
21 - Is it possible to create a non-certified weight line?
Yes, we can create a weight line at the dosage you wish to serve without the need for CE marking. The procedure and accuracy of realization are the same as we use for the CE one. We can position your logo so that one of its parts indicates a dosage measure.
22 - Is it possible to create a rim on the edge of a plate, cup, or glass?
Yes, thanks to brushwork we can create rims on both glass and porcelain products.
23 - Can you customize polycarbonate glasses or stainless steel bottles?
Yes, our machines can also print on plastic products and stainless steel bottles.
